Enjoy the warmth and colours of exotic Kerala, one of India’s most preferred regions. Backwaters, wildlife, Ayurvedic treatments and spice plantations – Kerala has been blessed with it all! Explore a tranquil world set amidst marvellous mangrove forest, coconut trees and green paddy field culture:
Day 1: Arrival in Cochin
We arrive in Cochin and meet our representative, who will take us to our hotel. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a Kathakali dance performance, known for its elaborate makeup and costumes. We’ll spend the night at our hotel.
After breakfast, we’ll visit Mattanchery Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays and Jewish holidays), and St. Francis Church (closed on Sundays during mass). We’ll spend the rest of the day exploring Fort Cochin at our leisure and return for the night at the hotel.
Following breakfast, we check out and head to Munnar. Upon arrival, we check in to our hotel and explore Eravikulam National Park, Tea Gardens, Mattupetty Dam, and Kundale Lake. We’ll spend the night at the hotel.
After breakfast, we travel to Madurai. We check in to our hotel and visit Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple, Thirumalai Nayak Mahal, Gandhi Museum, and Sri Meenakshi Temple. We’ll attend evening prayers at the temple and stay overnight at hotel.
Enjoying breakfast, we then drive to Rameshwaram. After checking in to our hotel, we’ll visit Ramanathaswamy Temple, Ram Jharokha Temple, Dhansukodi, and Abdul Kalam’s house. We’ll spend the night at hotel.
Following breakfast, we head to Kanyakumari. We check in to our hotel and visit Kumari Amman Temple and Triveni Sangam. We’ll enjoy the sunset over the Bay of Bengal and spend the night at hotel.
In the morning, we visit the Rock Memorial before driving to Kovalam. On the way, we’ll stop at Padmanabhaswami Temple, Napier Museum, and Sri Padmanabha Temple. We’ll check in to our hotel in Kovalam and spend the night at hotel.
After breakfast, we’ll spend the day relaxing in Kovalam. We can explore the beaches or simply unwind. We’ll stay overnight at hotel.
After our final breakfast, we’ll be transferred to Trivandrum airport for our departure. We’ll take with us the memories of a wonderful journey through Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
