Terms & Conditions for Immersive Trips

Introduction

Welcome to Immersive Trips! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. We make every effort to ensure you have a pleasant holiday experience with Immersive Trips. To avoid any misunderstanding, we request you to read, comprehend and abide by the below ‘Terms and Conditions’ along with the Privacy Policy before you book any tour holiday or any service or make any transaction with Immersive Trips at any of the Immersive Trips sales offices or sales partner or online on Immersive Trips’s website. Once you book any tour or service with Immersive Trips, it is understood that you are giving your unqualified consent to accept and abide by the‘Terms and Conditions’. If you disagree with any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’, kindly do not proceed with the booking.
‘Terms and Conditions’ extend to all group tours, customized holidays, corporate travel, any other services and products for Domestic travel organized by ‘Immersive Trips’.
Immersive Trips has the final authority to interpret these ‘Terms and Conditions’.
Immersive Trips reserves the right to amend, change, add, or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition mentioned in the ‘Terms and Conditions’.
Under any unprecedented force majeure situation or any changes in Government policy, Immersive Trips reserves the right to supersede any part of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ with an alternate and valid enforceable provision.
Each of these ‘Terms and Conditions’ shall be severable, and if any provision thereof is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then the remaining provisions shall have full force & effect.
These ‘Terms and Conditions’ and the other booking-related terms/ communication sent periodically represent the entire agreement between Immersive Trips and you.
There is no agreement between the Company and you until the company has received the initial registration amount/ deposit, as the case may be.

Booking

Registration and Payment
  • Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the registration form and payment of the booking amount.
  • Full payment must be made before the start of the trip as per the payment schedule shared.
Price Inclusions and Exclusions
  • Prices include accommodation, transportation, and meals as specified in the itinerary.
  • Prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, and any services not mentioned in the itinerary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the following schedule:
  • More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total trip cost
  • 45-59 days before departure: 25% of the total trip cost
  • 30-44 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost
Cancellation by Immersive Trips
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  • Travel Insurance - Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It should cover personal accidents, medical expenses, and repatriation.
  • Health and Safety - Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. We reserve the right to decline participation of any client whose health may be compromised by the trip.
  • Limitation of Liability - ImmersiveTrips.in shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by clients. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers.
  • Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of court of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
  • Changes to Terms and Conditions - ImmersiveTrips reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
